Ma'aden Beef roast
Ingredients:
Beef Meat cut it in to small cubic pieces: 1 kg
Onion: 4 medium size.& 1 big size.
Tomato: 1 Big size.
Coriander leaves: 1 Handful
Garlic: 15 Pods
Ginger:1 Big piece(4")
Fenugreek:2 tsp
Fenugreek:2 tsp
Pepper Powder: 2 Tbsp
Coriander powder:3 Tbsp
Meat Masala Powder:1 1/2 Tbsp
Meat Masala Powder:1 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Chili Powder: 2 Tbsp
Green Chilies: 7 nos
Lime Juice:1 Lime.
Coconut Milk:3 Tbsp.
Salt: For Taste.
Preparation:
Marinate beef pieces with turmeric powder half of chili powder (1 Tbsp),half of coriander powder(1.5 Tbsp) ,Meat masala (1 Tbsp),garlic,ginger,green chilies,half of lime juice, Fenugreek ( 2 tsp) salt and keep it aside 30 minutes,and take one heavy bottomed vessel and add this marinated beef and some water (need to cover beef)boil on high flame and stir well .
Medium sized 4 onions slice very thinly and keep it aside. Also Big Onion and big tomato cut to round pieces for garnishing
Check the water level in beef ,if needed add some water till its cooked well.(around 2 hours).After its cooked well reduce fire and stir till water completely drained,and add 3 Tbsp coconut milk and keep it aside.
Parallely Take one Nonstick pan and add oil add onion pieces and saute well till its colour turned to brown.Add remaining coriander powder(1 Tbsp), coriander leaves(full), chili powder(1 Tbsp) ,meat masala powder (1/2 Tbsp),lime juice and saute 10 minutes then add cooked beef to it and again saute 10 minutes .
Take one plate and place 4 pieces tomatoes and round pieces of onion and add beef roast on top of it , garnish with remaining onion rings and tomatoes pieces.
Ma'den Beef roast Ready.
Best with rice or chapathi.
