ചേമ്പിൻ താൾ തോരൻ (Taro stem Thoran )
Ingredients:
- Taro stem 5 No's.
- Coconut : ½ Portions.
- Mustard seeds:1
Tsp
- Turmeric powder
1/4 Tsp
- Curry leaves: 3
Stems.
- Chilly :4 No’s
- Shallots 6 No’s
- Salt As Required
- Oil: 1 Tbsp.
1.Peel off the skin of the taro stem and chop well.Mix it with salt and keep it aside for 10 minute,then mix well.
2.Grind coconut , bird eye chili shallots and turmeric powder together.
3.Heat coconut oil in a fry pan and splutter mustrd seeds then curry leaves then coconut mix add to this.
4. Saute it few minutes and put chopped stems into this and cook well in low flame and cover with a lid.
NB:Don't use water in any stage in this recipe.
