പാലട പ്രഥമന്‍ Paalada Pradhaman

Paalada Pradhaman







This recipe needed some time to spend. If ur ready to spend time...Then only start preparation.

Ingredients: Ada pack-Ambika Brand or Double Hoarse (ari paalada)-200 gm


Milk: 1.5 Ltr
Butter: 25 gm
Water: ¾ Ltr (For mixing with milk).
Sugar: As per your Level
Preparation:

Take a heavy bottomed vessel (Uruli Undenkil athu upayogiykkuka) and boil 1.5 ltr milk and ¾ ltr water in law flame (approximately 1.5 hours) stir well. When the colour of milk turns light rose colour, add sugar and stir again.
After 1 hour from starting time Boil 1 ltr water and keep aside, put the ada to it and cover with a lid for 20 minuts.After 20 minutes wash this ada in cold water(normal temperature) and drain well. Dont keep aside plz put this drained ada to boiling milk and stir 15 minuts more. Taste sugar.if needed add more.
Add butter to palada pradhaman,switch off the fire and stir 10 more minutes .
Palada Pradhaman is ready now.

NB: 1, don’t add cashew nut, cardamom or raisins….this recipe from Brahmins.
